Day 1

A day Starter: a cup of mint tea

Breakfast :100 grams of porridge or granola with blueberries

Snack: a half ( or a small one) avocado sprinkled with lemon juice

Lunch: Wraps with black beans and avocado

Snack: Granola bar

Dinner: boiled chicken breast with vegetables (broccoli will be the best)

Night snack: a banana

Day 2

A day Starter: lemon water with 1 melted teaspoon of honey

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs (hard boiled eggs are preferred) and a slice of bread with grains and almond butter

Snack: Strawberries or 30-40 grams of almonds

Lunch: Light snacks with organic chips and fresh vegetable blended mix

Snack: a cup of corn ( canned)

Dinner: grilled fish with vegetable side

Night snack: natural almond milk ( you can add stevia, if you have a sweet tooth)

Day 3

A day Starter: mate tea (make sure to prepare the day before to get richer taste of the tea)

Breakfast: blueberry and ginger coconut milk smoothie

Snack: hummus and vegetables (for example, cucumbers) for dipping

Lunch: tuna salad

Snack: granola bar

Dinner: Zucchini noodles with seafood ( can be grilled)

Night snack: fresh apple juice

Day 4

A day Starter: lemon water with ginger ( you can make a tincture a day before)

Breakfast: one baked sweet potato

Snack: granola bar

Lunch: baked turkey with mashed tomatoes for sides

Snack: roasted chicken sticks ( you can add hummus to dip the sticks)

Dinner: a bowl of rice with seafood

Night snack: a banana
