It is known that the age in your passport may not correspond to your the present biological age and it's not only in appearance but in the work of the various systems of the body. Biological age is the age of a person's body not the number of years lived. Someone’s body in 40 years functions as in 60 and another’s body, in 50 many function as in 35.
There are usually significant differences in the rates of age-related changes among people with the same calendar age. Everything depends on a combination of factors such as genetics, work, bad habits, prevailing psycho-emotional background, diets, stress, lifestyle and so on.
The first test, with apparent simplicity, will show quite acceptable results because it is based on wide population studies and on the principles of multidimensional mathematical statistics. This made it possible to reduce the many signs of aging to a few generalized estimates. The test is successfully used in medicine, physiology and psychology.
The aging rate of women is below the aging rate of men, in addition, there are significant physiological differences so the calculation methodology and input parameters for men and women are somewhat different. The second test is not intended for children and adolescents and the most accurate estimate is given for the age category over 30.
You should not take the tests if you are tired or you feel unwell. Wait until everything is fine otherwise the results will be distorted. Are you interested in how much younger your body is than your real age? So, here are these two tests:
