Because of its active components which not only help you boost your metabolism but also burn your fat like nothing else. So here we go!

#1. Monday

It is important that you start your day with a cup of green tea and lime juice. A regular, low-fat breakfast and a cup of tea an hour before lunch. For lunch you can have a chicken salad or anything else of that kind. Before dinner you should have a cup of green tea and you can allow yourself one multigrain biscuit. For dinner grilled salmon or mushroom soup.

#2. Tuesday

Today instead of lime juice you can add cinnamon powder to your morning cup of tea. Oatmeal for breakfast and a cup of tea an hour before lunch. Grilled chicken lettuce wrap for lunch. A cup of green tea before dinner should not be skipped. Low-fat dinner is what you should have.

#3. Wednesday

Have a cup of green tea with honey to start your day. Breakfast should consist of a fruit smoothie with the addition of just 4 almonds. The pre-lunch phase stays the same. A cup of fruit and a cup coconut water for lunch and a cup of buttermilk as a post-lunch snack. Drinking a lot is vital today. Tea before dinner and tuna salad for dinner.

#4. Thursday

Green tea and quinoa + 1 cup tomato juice to start your day. Tea time before lunch and grilled veggies for lunch. Tea before dinner and shell pasta for dinner.

#5. Friday

Tea with cinnamon to start the day. Today scrambled eggs for breakfast and 1 banana. The pre-lunch and pre-dinner phases are repeated. For lunch you can have cucumber soup and grilled chicken for dinner.

#6. Saturday

Today you can cheat a little. Repeat your usual green tea times but wholegrain pancakes for breakfast and an egg and chicken burrito for lunch is allowed. Let’s not forget about 4 strawberries dipped in dark chocolate as a treat for your post-lunch snack. As for the dinner - mashed potato stuffed chicken breast with sautéed veggies is exactly what you need!

#7. Sunday

Repeat the tea-time routine. A boiled egg for breakfast, grilled vegetables for lunch and chicken with brown rice for dinner is exactly what is needed today!

Stick to this routine for at least three weeks and you will notice a dramatic change!
