All women take special care of their hair. Not surprisingly really, as our hair is a symbol of our beauty and femininity. That’s why we are ready to do our best to make our locks silky and shiny. Some women spend a lot of time and money on making their hair perfect. They undergo some procedures and buy all the necessary remedies.

There are women who think that the more often they wash their hair, the better its condition will be but the truth is that using a shampoo which contains lots of chemicals is not completely safe and beneficial for our hair. So, we have to use it as little as possible.

#4 Natural hair-styles

All the products which you use for styling make your hair dirty much faster. So, try to avoid these products. Let your locks look more natural without hair sprays, hair gels and stuff like that.

#5 Shampoo

Proper shampoo is really important for your hair. Make sure that your one doesn’t contain SLS, which can make your hair get dry and dirty faster. Replace your shampoo with an SLS-free one to keep your hair clean for longer.

#6 The temperature

If you usually use a dryer, curling irons and stuff like that you should know that they can speed up the process of your hair getting dirty. Your scalp produces more secretions to protect your skin from high temperatures. So, try to avoid using this stuff or lower the temperature to 150°С-180°С degrees.

#7 Peeling

You can use skin peeling to get rid of dead skin cells and dirt. It will also make your hair stronger and make it grow faster. You can even prepare scrubs for this at home, just find the recipe which you like the most.

#8 Pillowcase

You should change your pillowcase at least once a week since it absorbs the oils produced by your skin and hair. Bacteria can appear on it which can make your hair get dirty faster.

#9 Cold and heat

Cold and heat can make your scalp produce more oil for protection. When this happens your roots will get dirty and the ends will become dry. So, you should wear a hat when it’s cold or hot to keep your hair cleaner for longer.
