#1. Just smell it

Recent research proved that in order to eat healthy you do not actually have to eat at all – you can smell the food instead. It is said that smelling fruit for example will keep your appetite under control.

It is said that red wine has a component – resveratrol – which is famous due to its fat burning abilities. Drink a glass of red wine before going to bed and enjoy the results.
