Static exercises are more effective than dynamic ones. We also suggest that you stick to a Wall Chair to make your legs stronger. You can start from 1 minutes and then increase the time spent gradually.
#3 Do some yoga.
You can substitute one gym training a week with a strength yoga class. Yoga will improve your blood circulation and reduce threat of cellulite, which is likely to appear after 40’s.

We also suggest you to keep track of consumed calories, in order to control your weight more effectively. It goes without saying that you need to follow your workout program and keep track of what have you done.
