Day 1

Early morning: You should soak a mixture of fenugreek seeds and water overnight. Drink 1 glass of it.

Breakfast: Oatmeal with flax seeds and a handful of walnuts, 1 glass of banana smoothie.

Snack: 1 cup of blueberries.

Lunch: 1 serving of quinoa and roasted mushrooms, 1 glass of lemon water.

Snack: 40 gr of dates.

Dinner: A salad of roasted chickpeas, carrots, cucumbers, flax seeds and 1 glass of rice milk.

Day 2

Early morning: Make a mixture of water, lime juice and organic honey. Drink 1 glass of it.

Breakfast: A fruit salad of banana, strawberries, grapes and figs, 1 cup of tea with lemon.
