Elegant and fragile ballerinas fluttering around the stage cause a feeling of great admiration. What do they eat to maintain such shape? The opinion that ballerinas do not eat anything at all, of course, is nothing more than a myth.

Naturally, this does not mean that delicate ballerinas are allowed any gastronomic experiments. If they took place, a special diet for ballerinas would help restore the former shape. If a woman chooses a diet she usually thinks about her beauty and health, but ballerinas are well aware: their physical form is an integral part of the profession, their career depends on this.

Nutrition rules for ballerinas were formed by several generations. All needs of the body are taken into account, and the appearance of extra pounds is completely excluded. Such a diet does not lead to starvation and helps maintain an optimal form and at the same time allows to enjoy eating.
