Day one

You are allowed to eat any fruits except bananas and drink one liter of water. It will be better if you add watermelon, apples, kiwi and cantaloupe to your menu. You are free to eat as many fruits as you want.

Day two

You may eat one big boiled potato for your breakfast and veggies such as cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and greens the rest of the day. Do not forget to drink one liter of water.

Day three

You are allowed to eat any fruits and veggies except for bananas and potatoes. Do not add oil to your meals and drink one liter of water.

Today you are allowed to eat six tomatoes and one serving of brown rice. Today you need to drink two liters of water.

You can eat one serving of brown rice for breakfast and veggies such as cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and greens the rest of the day. Make sure you drink one liter of water.

Day seven

This is the last day of your diet. You are allowed to eat one serving of brown rice and any cooked vegies. You can also drink any fruit juices.
