#1 Biggest meal

Most people think that breakfast is supposed to be your biggest meal of the day, to fill your organism with energy for the whole day. Wrong, in the morning our body is still sleepy and even digestive system does not work to the fullest. Which means that lunch is that high time for the biggest meal.

#2 8 glasses of water rule

It is said that this exact amount of water will take care of anything that may be wrong with you. In fact, you should drink water only if you are thirsty. If you are pouring water down your throat just because you are told so, that may result in serious digestive problems, skin problems, obesity etc.

#3 No fat

If you crossed all possible kinds of fat out of your life, because all fat is bad, you are making a mistake. Fat is good, only it is a right kind of fat.

#4 Sleep

Sleep is essential, we can’t argue with that. But some people claim that in case you do not get enough of sleep during the week, you should take advantage of your weekend. Wrong. The best way to keep yourself healthy, is to develop a sleeping regime, no matter if it is a regular day or a day off.

#5 Daily workout

You should not overstress your body with daily workout if you feel that you do not have enough of strength for that. Of course, you should exercise at least a couple times a week, but you should also learn to give your body time to regain its strength.
