#2. Reach a healthy weight – excessive weight is not only the reason of heart disease, diabetes and osteoarthritis. In addition to this, fatty additives on your neck can narrow the airways and decrease air delivery.

#3. Refrain from alcohol – your evening alcohol beverages can relax both your mind and your throat muscles. As a result, your partner can suffer from vexing sound from your mouth during the whole night.
