Helen is a kind and strong girl who started her weight loss in 2012 when she weighed 319 pounds. She has made a difficult way full of struggle and pain but she worked hard, listened to her body and managed to lose 135 pounds.
Now Helen leads an active lifestyle as she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling around the world, training in the gym, running long distances, walking her dog in the park and cooking healthy meals.
Helen says that life is too short and she continues to motivate herself to improve her health. On her Instagram page she writes "We must keep moving no matter the difficulties. And remember that nothing is acquired but I really think that everything is possible with time."
