Working on a separate part of your body is bad. You should not concentrate on either upper or lower part of your body, working on the whole body is what will lead you to desired results.

So many women are afraid of weights because they will become huge and bulky. These days are gone, there is no way you will become bulky without proper exercise and supplements.
