#1 Sleeping position

Do not get used to holding your phone between your ear and shoulder. Unless you want some additional neck wrinkles, get yourself a headset or always hold your phone in your hand.
#5 Checking your phone

Give your preferences to hot bath instead use warm shower. Hot shower destroys your upper skin levels and leads to dryness.
AC is nice when it gets too hot outside. But it also takes away all the humidity from the air which will affect your skin not it the best way.
#10 Silk pillowcases
Not only they are nicer to touch but also they cause less friction which in its turn prevents any skin damage.
