#1 Dry feet

Moisture is a perfect condition for fungus to grow. And that is definitely not something you would like to have growing on your feet, right? That is why, keeping your feet dry, all the time, is the best way to prevent that condition. Wiping your feet after shower, as well as wearing shoes that let your feet breathe - are those things you should not neglect.

#2 Trimmed toenails

Of course, that is not something you are not aware of, or do not do regularly. The thing is, that you may trim your toenails incorrectly. Make sure that your toenails are not too short, or you trim them rounding corners.

#3 Healthy toenails

In case, it happened and your toenails grew in, we have an effective remedy in mind. Firstly, you have to soak your feet in warm water with some sea salt, then with the help of dental floss try to clean your toenail and lift it, a bit. Do not forget about the antiseptic to avoid infection. Repeat this procedure, until you see improvement. But, if you see that something is not going the right way – go and see the doctor immediately!

#4 Feet soak

Soaking your feet regularly in warm water with some salt or essential oil will grant your feet that baby softness everyone dreams about!

#6 Foot massage

There is nothing better to relieve your feet from a busy day impact than a nice foot massage. You can buy a special tool at the store, or use any round object you have at home, and simply roll it over from toes to heel and backwards, trust us the effect will be strongly noticeable.
