When the seasons change it’s only natural that our bodies respond to the change. But the responses may be different. For example, feeling weak and tired all the time or getting a constant cold is not something everyone would enjoy but what is there to be done?

First of all, you can take care of that vitamin deficiency of yours and pump yourself up with vitamins so that you look and feel healthy. Another question arises – how do you know that it is a simple vitamin deficiency?

The answer is simple – have a look in the mirror. In fact, that is what we are going to talk about – the most common signs of vitamin deficiency. If you think that something is completely out of the ordinary – you should consult your doctor first.
