A celebrity trainer, Harley Pasternak, shares his best exercises that work your arms, legs and abs at the same time. He is one of the most famous trainers that many celebrities work with, from Lady Gaga to Al Pacino. He has studied the physiology of sports load and various nutrition systems for a long time and has many scientific degrees and certificates.
He recommends that one should start and finish every workout with five minutes of warm up. The whole workout will not take longer than half an hour.
If you do not have time for exercise then take 5 minutes for cardio and the remaining 10 minutes for 2 strength exercises of your choice, performing 20 repetitions of each exercise. Alternatively, you could spend all 15 minutes on cardio training, which Harley recommends one include in their daily schedule.
