Today we will give you advice about keeping your body fit. We are almost sure that you have 2 enemies when it comes to your body shape. These are lack of time and laziness. It is only you who can push yourself forward, get up from the couch and start exercising. However, we know how to solve the first issue which is lack of time.
Today we want to give you a list of exercises that can help you to keep your upper body fit and in good shape. To be precise we want to draw your attention to your arms and shoulders. These exercises only take 10 minutes of your time but they will help to make your arms lean and toned. So, let’s get down to them.
Arm circles. All you need is 2 dumbbells to hold. Spread your arms, straighten your elbows and do 15 rounds forwards and 15 rounds backwards. Make sure to fixate your shoulders, so that they don’t move.
Forward punches with dumbbells. Pretend that you are a boxer and you are fighting against your opponent. This is how you do this exercise. We also suggest that you lean from side to side to make your core muscles work as well.
Y to T raises. Bend your knees and bend your upper body forward. Keep your back straight and strong. Raise your hands holding the dumbbells as shown in the picture.
