Traditional female workout programs are designed in a way to make your lower body workout harder. So, presumably, women should have no problems with their lower body if they stick to workout programs more or less regularly. Unfortunately this idea is from a utopia. It is not like that in the real world.
It takes a lot of time and effort to keep your legs and butt toned and in good shape. Today we have come up with a set of exercises that will definitely help you to keep fit. There is one important advantage of the set of exercises that we want to present you. They are not time consuming at all. It will take about 15 minutes to do them. So, check them out. We are sure that they will be useful to you.
#1. Squat Jacks.
This exercises is omitted by the majority of women, even though it is extremely effective. Just stand with your legs apart, do a deep squat and then jump as high, as possible. Come back to the initial position. Keep your knees soft and bent.
Step ups to a platform. If you think that you need special equipment then you are wrong. This exercise can be done at home. Just use a chair as a platform. You can hold a pair of dumbbells of medium weight.
Crusty lunge . This is a very interesting exercise because it makes you burn a lot of calories but at the same time it makes your muscles stronger unlike other cardio exercises.
