#1. Triangle push ups
These are almost regular push ups, however, you need to put your hands really close to one another. Try to do this exercise slowly.
#2. Bicycle crunches
These type of crunches involve as many muscles groups in your torso as possible. If you are dreaming of 6 pack abs this exercise is definitely for you.
#3. Squats and jumps
Put your feet shoulder width apart and twist your toes to the side. Do a regular deep squats and then jump as high, as possible. Make sure to keep your knees bent all the time.
There are more exercises that you should incorporate into your regular workout. You can switch their place but make sure to do them all. Don’t forget to stretch out after.
