Today’s story will impress you. Angela Crickmore was a naturally slender and fit girl during her younger years. However, lack of exercises and bad eating habits changed her body in a negative way. It proves once again that being fit is constant work.
It is not enough to only have good genes to stay fit. Angela’s story is a great example that confirms this. Once the girl realized that she was going nowhere she decided to change her lifestyle completely. She shared some tips with us. Here they are.
First you of all, you need to engage in cardio training. Only 30 minutes of walking per day can help you keep fit and healthy. Second of all, you need to stick to a protein diet. Here is an example of a daily meal that Angela advices.
8:00am: Chicken breast, nuts and berries mix
10:00 am: 3 boiled eggs
1:00pm: Chicken with spinach and broccoli
4:00pm: Fish and rice
7:30pm: Sweet potato.
