Today we came up with a set of exercises that will take you only 10 minutes to do. They were designed especially for women over 40. So take a look and try them out.
We suggest that you start with 1 round of these exercises. 10 reps of each will be enough. You should not overload yourself in the beginning. After your muscles are used to such loads you can gradually start making your workout sessions more intensive.
All you need to have is motivation, a yoga mat and a timer. We suggest that you do interval training. This means that you need to take breaks of the same length between each exercise. It will also help make the training faster.
