Do you want to have flat and strong abs? How do you train them? You may perform a long and complicated ab training routine but our experience shows that the best ab workout is the one you will perform regularly. You should know that if you want to get strong abs you should combine the right ab workout with healthy nutrition.
No matter how tough your training regime is you should remember the most important rule of abs workouts: quality over quantity. It does not make sense to perform 500 crunches a day as crunches are ineffective and obsolete. You should slow down and focus on performing an effective ab workout designed to burn your belly fat and make your abs ripped.
This routine is composed of five fat burning exercises such as the bicycle exercise, the captain’s chair leg raise, exercise ball crunch, vertical leg crunch and ab twist. Do three sets of this workout with twelve repetitions of each exercise in each set. In order to get flat and toned abs you should exercise regularly and balance your diet with proteins, complex carbs and fiber. Do not forget to drink enough water as it is very important for your weight loss.
