First you need to warm your muscles up. You see the scenario is exactly the same as your regular workout program. You can either move your chin fast like you are chewing or apply some oil and do a light and gentle massage.

Pretend that you are scooping water with your lover jaw. 5-7 reps will be more than enough.
#2. Touch your chin with your tongue
Steady your chin with your hand and try to reach your chin with your tongue.
#3. Twist your head and pull your jaw forward.
#4. “Kiss the giraffe”
Look up and imagine that you are trying to kiss something which is high above your face.
Press your lower jaw with your hands and try to open your mouth.
Smile sardoniccally to involve more muscles.
