Day 1

For breakfast you can treat yourself to a cup of tea and some tasty toast with low-sugar jam on it. In case you get hungry before lunch, eat some fruit. For lunch eat some grilled chicken with whole grain bread. After lunch you can have a cup of coffee or a glass of milk, whichever you prefer. Your dinner should consist of roasted potatoes and fish.

Day 2

Orange juice and a slice of bread with low-fat cream cheese is a great start to a day. Feeling hungry? Have an apple! For lunch you can have some pasta or a healthy hamburger and for dessert a plum would be perfect. Later on you can have a glass of milk. Seafood for dinner would be great!

Day 3

Start your day with cereal and milk. Continue with a pear. For lunch it is suggested to have some veggie soup and tuna cannelloni. If you feel hungry before dinner you can have some low-fat yogurt to treat yourself with. Finally, your dinner should consist of soup and yogurt.

Day 4

A bran muffin and a glass of orange juice is a nice way to start the day. A pear goes next. Lunch time should consist of squid in ink and rice and add a slice of whole grain bread if needed. Inbetween lunch time and dinner time, a low-fat yogurt is allowed. For dinner you should have some rice salad and low-fat yogurt.

Day 5

Cereal and orange juice is not that bad for breakfast, right? An apple a day is great for a mid-morning snack. For lunch you should have some pasta and ham. Low-fat yogurt will do before dinner time arrives. The dinner is going to be great today; mashed potatoes and a ham omelet! Is there anything better? Oh, maybe a pear for dessert!

Day 6

Some milk or orange juice with whole bread and cheese is what you should have for breakfast today. Then an apple. For lunch you can have a nice ham sandwich. After that you can have some low-fat yogurt. Dinner should contain some soup, fish, whole grain bread and a piece of pineapple for dessert.
