What is the purpose of your core muscles? Well, the first thing that comes in mind that hey hold your whole body, well and that is correct. Strong core is responsible not only for the nice outlook but also for a good posture, which is not less important when it comes to your perfect outlook.

Today we are going to introduce you to a new workout which all about strengthening your core. Very often people are misled by the idea that core muscles are only ab muscles, while core includes obliques and back muscles as well.

To successfully carry out this workout routine there is nothing much required, only a set of dumbbells, from 3 to 5 pounds, depending on the level of your physical activity and ability to work with certain weights.

All you need to do is to repeat each exercise 15 times and you are going to be hitting a road to a stronger core. When it comes to number of rounds, it is totally up to you. well, not exactly, it is more up to the level of your physical durability. If you think that you are only a beginner to the world of exercising then 1 round is enough, but if you think of yourself as of an intermediate then you can repeat these exercises twice each. Last but not least, if you are more than prepared to this kind of workout then repeating four rounds is exactly what you should do.

Does not sound that complex, does it?
