Whenever you cough you cover your mouth, and that is not only polite but also supposed to be a healthy way of keeping your germs to yourself. Well, the thing is if you do it with your bare hand – the germ will continue striving on it, and will easily migrate to a net owner after you had a handshake. Clipping nails seems a nice way of having them trimmed, but it is not a nice way of keeping them healthy. That is why instead of clipping your nails try using a file to make them look trimmed and healthy.
