How to perform this test:
#1. You should find a large spacious unfurnished room in order to pass this test. Stand up in a relaxed position and cross your legs. You start this task with ten points.
#2. You should start sit cross-legged on the floor. You are not allowed to support your body using other parts of your body. If you use your arms, hands, shoulder to support your body you lose one point. If you lose your balance but find it without support of your body parts you lose just half a point.
#3. When you managed to place sitting cross-legged position on the floor you should perform the main part of the task. You should stand up using your legs and now you are not allowed to use any other parts of your body. Every time you support your body using your arms, hands and other body parts you lose one point.
How to find out results:
8-10 points: wonderful.
Your health is very good and if you will lead a healthy lifestyle you will live long and happy life.

6-7.5 points: good.
Your health is pretty good but you may improve it.
3.5-5.5 points: not good.
We should warn you that your health condition is not good. Your fitness level is bad and you should do something to fix it.
0-3 points: bad.
If you do not change your lifestyle you have a risk of dying.
