Are you fond of Asian food? If you want to lose weight you may have to choose traditional Asian cuisine. Typical Asian diet plans consist of healthy and nutritious meals that contain few calories in the form of veggies, fruits, sauces, egg noodles, brown rice, tofu and fresh juices.

Asian people eat small portions of fish and meat so you are allowed to eat these products twice a week. Their daily calorie intake consists of 1400-1800 calories and they eat three times a day.

Day 1

Breakfast: white rice with coconut milk, a peach and a cup of green tea.

Lunch: broccoli soup with grilled tofu and one glass of apple juice.

Dinner: buckwheat noodles with algae, mushrooms and shrimp with soy sauce.

Day 2

Breakfast: brown rice with bananas, mangos, coconut milk and a cup of green tea.

Lunch: grilled salmon with egg noodles and soy sauce and a cup of steamed asparagus.

Dinner: fruit salad with kiwis, apples and watermelons.

Day 3

Breakfast: an egg omelet with brown rice and broccoli as well as a cup of ginger tea.

Lunch: stir-fry made of zucchini, greens, carrots and tofu.

Dinner: grilled tofu with soy sauce, greens and asparagus.

Day 4

Lunch: miso soup with buckwheat noodles, algae, eggs, grilled tofu, greens and soy sauce.

Lunch: soba noodles with grilled broccoli, cabbage, mushrooms and chili peppers.

Day 6

Breakfast: indian chicken curry, fruit salad and a cup of ginger tea.

Lunch: steamed salmon with brown rice and bean salad with algae and eggs.

Dinner: curried coconut chicken with egg noodles and a cup of apple juice.

Day 7

Breakfast: thai coconut soup, white rice, a cup of grilled broccoli and a cup of green tea.

Lunch: stir fried snow peas with mushrooms and a glass of tomato juice.

Dinner: soba noodle salad with chicken and sesame.
