Day 1

Perform fifteen repetitions of squats, twelve repetitions of dumbbell bench press, twelve repetitions of dumbbell rows, hold a lying isomeric Y for thirty minutes, perform fifteen repetitions of box step-ups and hold a plank for thirty seconds. Do this circuit three times.

Day 2

It is time for a sprint interval training routine! Alternate between thirty seconds of full-out sprinting with sixty seconds of moderate-pace jogging for twenty minutes.

Day 3

Perform a short ten-minute stretch and walk at least 12000 steps.

Day 4

Day 6

This is your rest day and you need to give your muscles time to recover. You do not need to do stretching or walk a lot.
