Day 1

Breakfast: scrambled eggs with tomatoes and spinach.

Snack: a pomegranate.

Lunch: half a cup of tuna and brown rice.

Dinner: baked pork with peppers and onions.

Breakfast: natural yoghurt and two bananas.
