The perfect figure is something many dream about but it seems that only the chosen ones get to get it. In case there is a large amount of fat stored there, the first thing you should draw your attention to is cardio since before working on muscles you should burn all that fat down. If the amount of fat is not that dramatic, you can start with your abdominal exercises straight away.
You should bear in mind that the abdominal exercises you do should target a greater area than just your stomach and then you will reap the fruit of results. Even for 10 minutes a day, if they are properly targeted and are pretty intense, they will be beneficial.
You should pay attention to technique if you do something incorrectly there is a slight chance it will do what it is supposed to. One more thing – do not exhaust yourself with crunches as in many cases they are pretty ineffective.
