The way we live usually leaves much to be desired. It seems that there is barely enough time for anything but work. The same goes with our sleep. Of course for our bodies to function properly we need a set amount of sleep, at least 7 hours a day. How frustrating it is when you go to bed just in time to get those seven hours and then you wake up in the middle of the night.

The first thing that comes to mind is that last cup of coffee, but that is not always the case. Ancient Chinese claimed that period of time at night when you wake up have a close connection to your body. When you wake up at a certain time that means that there is something wrong going on. So, today we decided to have a closer look at what may it mean when you get up at night, with no obvious reason for that.

9:00-11:00PM

If there is no way you can fall asleep during these hours, that means that there is something that you fear and that poisons your mind and keeps you awake. Try out meditation in this case.

11:00-1:00 AM

Being unable to sleep at this time means that there is something that disappoints you greatly. In most cases the reason is your own self-loathing. The best you can and should do is stop judging yourself and accept yourself the way you are.

1:00-3:00 AM

This sleepless period of night leads to a suggestion that there is something that makes you feel angry. No matter what it is you should calm down and let it go.

3:00 – 5:00 AM

Waking up at this time means that you are too nervous. You should forget about the daily problem and go with the stream, try to relax more often.

5:00 – 7:00AM

If you can’t sleep at this time of early morning that means that there is a burden you carry, most likely emotional one. You should cleanse yourself of it, relax and eliminate all the toxins within.
