#1 Fatigue – unexplained extreme tiredness, which doesn't go away after rest, may be one of the earliest signs of cancer.

#11 New moles – you need to know the difference between benign and malignant spots, appeared on your skin. Abnormal moles usually have uneven edges and irregular shape. They are big enough (larger than 7 mm in diameter) and can change their color or shade with time. It's not uncommon for malignant patches to be itchy and cause bleeding.

All of these symptoms may be not associated with malignancy. However you need to consult with your doctor, if you're suspected to have cancer.
