1. Wrong Bra Size

Choosing the wrong bra size is easier than it seems, and actually, many women wear the wrong size on purpose. If you’re trying to make your breasts look bigger by buying bras that are too small for you, you could be harming them in the long run. Invest in your health and go for a proper bra fitting. Keep them supported as they need to be.

2. Removing Nipple Hairs

Your breasts have naturally sensitive skin and the small hair follicles that you see lining your nipples are actually there as a form of protection. When you pluck them or remove them any other way, you are leaving your breasts more vulnerable. Also, the hairs you pluck will definitely grow back thicker next time!

3. Tough Love With Breasts

When it comes to what you’re doing in the bedroom, your breasts are fair play, right? Yes, but just be careful of how rough things get. If things get really wild, you risk damaging tissue inside of your breasts which could lead to possible issues in the future. Use them for fun, but be gentle with them.

4. Piercing Nipples

Your nipples are located especially close to your lymphatic system, which means that any infection that occurs with a nipple piercing could head straight into your bloodstream and cause the rest of your body more problems than you need.

Smoking, as you know, does damage to your whole overall body, but did you know that it can actually decrease the appearance of your breasts? Smoking causes the death of collagen and elastin which keeps your skin tight. When you smoke, your breasts will start to sag even sooner.

6. Not Enough Support During Exercise

Ladies, there is a real reason we wear sports bras besides the fact that it’s not comfortable to run with our breasts jumping up and down! If you do leave your breasts to move on their own when you exercise, you run the risk of creating scar tissue. This, believe it or not, could lead to the formation of dangerous diseases. 7. Sleeping on Breasts

Your breasts won’t shrink if you sleep face down, but their shape will change over time. The pressure they endure from your weight on top of them while you sleep, will cause your breasts to slowly mold into a shape different from their original form.

8. Letting Skin Get Dry

Your breast skis very vulnerable and thin. You need to take care of it just as you do your face and the rest of your body. When you’re in the sun, smother sunscreen on your breasts, and always apply a moisturizing lotion to your breasts, daily.

9. Worrying About Uneven Breast Size

Stop obsessing in the mirror about the fact that your breasts aren’t exactly the same size. This is totally normal and most women have the same exact issues and thoughts as you. Let it go because you are beautiful and there is nothing unhealthy about uneven breasts.
