In order to start this workout, you need any equipment except a towel and a smooth surface floor. You don't need to go to the gym, as you can perform these exercises everywhere you want. It is great opportunity to maintain your shape when you don't have time to visit the gym or when you’re traveling.
This training routine can help you strengthen and tone your body from head to toe, including your abdominal muscles, legs, butt, and arms.
In order to obtain good results, you need to perform six different moves as a circuit, and repeating this circuit three times. Follow the number of repetitions given, take one minute of rest between moves.
If you are a beginner, you may perform the circuit just once or lower the amount of repetitions of each move. If you have a high fitness level, you may add two more repetitions to each move and perform the circuit four times or more.
